Portions are generous and nobody gets hurried along, which matters when lunch takes an hour longer than planned. The Rustica pizza comes out thin and crispy with proper toppings, the carbonara and classic bolognese get named again and again, and the garlic bread with chilli cheese is worth ordering. There's a kids' menu, high chairs, outdoor seating and vegan choices, and staff have handled gluten-free requests well. It fills up at weekends and evenings, food can be slow to order when they're short-staffed, and the calamari is pricey for what arrives.
