Two floors on Cheetham Hill Road, with a decent-sized play area downstairs for the children and dining upstairs if you want to actually finish a conversation. It's a small place, which parents rate — you can sit and eat while keeping your eyes on your kids without craning. It rarely feels crowded. Portions are generous (two platters fed ten adults at one birthday), the doners and the kids' food go down well, and the staff are patient and accommodating, especially around parties. High chairs and buggy access are sorted. Be warned: it can get very warm inside, presentation is plain, and at ££ some parents feel the food doesn't quite justify the bill. Cash has been an issue for some, and opening hours have been unreliable — ring ahead before you drive over.
