Buggy access and high chairs are sorted, there's a kids' menu, vegan options and outdoor seating, and midweek early evening is genuinely quiet, so you'll walk in without a wait and the food arrives quickly. Portions are big and fairly priced: the maple bacon poutine chips get named again and again, and the Philly cheese steak and burgers hold up, with good gravy dipping sauce. Not everything lands — some have found the fries and mac and cheese disappointing, and the downstairs toilets need work. Weekends get busier and service can wobble, so book. Regulars call it "delicious, reasonably priced and very filling".
