The staff are the real strength: patient with menu questions, good at steering you toward the right heat level, and unhurried even when it's heaving. Flavour is where the wins are — the garlic Parmesan and the Brazilian citrus pepper get the most love, and the refill drinks keep everyone topped up. Be warned that portions can be salty and it's easy to spend £20 a head, so it's not the cheap option it looks like.
