About William’s Table Pub & Kitchen

A newly opened gastropub in Bath with all the classic English pub feels — dark wood, plenty of character, and a rack of board games at the tables, which buys you a good twenty minutes of peace before the food lands. Sunday roast is the thing to come for: beef, chicken, veggie and vegan versions all land well, with generous portions and enough choice that nobody gets left out. The pork belly bites, hake and sticky toffee pudding come up again and again, and the fish and chips is a safe bet for a Friday lunch. Staff are warm and genuinely attentive, service runs smoothly, and there's a kids' menu, high chairs, buggy access and free parking. Dogs welcome too. It's popular enough that Sunday tables get booked up, so ring ahead rather than chancing it.
