Portions are generous and food comes out fast and hot, which matters when a child has hit the end of their patience. The sizzling fillet is fall-apart tender, the crispy chicken and King Do spare ribs get named again and again, and there's a kids' menu, high chairs and vegan options. Buggy access is fine and there's outdoor seating for warmer days. Staff are attentive, though they can seem harried when a big party lands. Dinner for two with drinks came to around £65 — not cheap, but regulars call it their favourite in Plymouth.
