Handy if you're heading to the Pavilion with kids in tow and need feeding before a show — the space is big and open, so there's genuine room to park a pram without blocking anyone, and high chairs and a kids' menu are sorted. The menu is cheap and cheerful with plenty of offers, and the onion rings get proper praise — one visitor called them "REAL onion rings, delicious". Staff are consistently warm and quick to look after big groups, which helps when you've got restless children. Be honest with yourself about the setting though: it's a sports bar, so the screens are everywhere and the music can be loud enough that you can't hear each other across the table. Food is hit-and-miss too — burgers land plain, and some have found portions small for the price.
