The Ram Inn
Cheap, cheerful Nottingham grill with fast hot food, generous portions, a real fire, free parking and high chairs.

Pub · Nottingham
A proper local at heart, and one that's been brought back to life by the current owners after years in the doldrums. The big outdoor seating area is the draw in summer — it catches the sun until it drops behind the farm hills opposite — and there's plenty of room out there for a pram and children who need to move. Come winter, two open fires make it hard to leave. There's a kids' menu, high chairs, buggy access and free parking, and the cob van that pulls up on site does hot breakfast cobs at fair prices. The bar itself is small, so the pub side can feel tight if it's busy; the big function room is where families spread out. Staff and regulars are welcoming, though service can be hit and miss on busy event days.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
