Tucked into an old railway arch on Victoria Quay, this is a small spot with a big following — only a couple of tables inside (a few more have been added recently) plus outdoor seating with a view over the water, which is where a pram is easiest to park on a busy morning. Food comes out fast even when the owners are juggling a catering order, so nobody has to wait long. The full English gets consistent praise, the sausages especially, and the spicy veggie sausage rolls win over meat-eaters; halloumi ciabatta, fresh sandwiches, wraps, cakes and proper vegan breakfasts round it out, all at fair prices. Kids' menu and high chairs are there. One catch worth knowing before you set off: there's no toilet on site and no obvious public one nearby.
