Portions are enormous and prices are reasonable; the sausages come from the butchers next door and people genuinely rave about them, along with the bacon and the large stag breakfast. High chairs, a kids' menu and vegan options are all sorted, and the staff are friendly and helpful. No need to book, though at peak times food can take a while — one visitor reckoned it was "well worth the wait". Worth knowing: the hot drinks get mixed comments, and the car park is loose gravel.
