The food is good, though prices are a step up from a high-street sandwich, and it gets genuinely busy at peak times. Children stay interested far longer than you'd expect: the mammoth, the restored ship's figureheads in the entrance hall, the 4D history film. One parent said they were still talking about it in the car on the way home. You probably won't see it all in one visit.
