Manuka Bar & Eatery
A relaxed, budget-friendly Plymouth bar with a kids' menu, high chairs and outdoor seating — easy for families with little ones.

Restaurant · Plymouth
Somewhere between a proper grown-up dinner and a place that will still cheerfully find you a high chair — this Plymouth kitchen manages both, with a kids' menu and vegan options alongside the serious cooking. The roasts are what families come back for: garlic roasties, honey-glazed parsnips, tender beef, red wine gravy and cauliflower cheese, in portions big enough that nobody leaves picking at anyone else's plate. The set lunch is the sensible option with children in tow — good value, and the staff take time to explain things and check back without hovering. Puddings, the goat's cheese doughnut and the mussels get particular praise. It sits at the upper end of ££ and the atmosphere is buzzy rather than hushed, so expect some noise cover. Steaks are the one thing people report as hit and miss. Worth booking.
