Tucked away on the top floor of a food court, this ramen counter is easy to walk past — there's barely any signage, so head right once you're upstairs. The open kitchen is part of the appeal for children: steam rising, chefs working, something to watch while you wait. Portions are generous and prices reasonable, with medium vegan ramen around £11 and free broth refills, and the chicken, duck and seafood bowls draw the most praise alongside crispy dumplings and spring rolls. Staff are friendly and quick, and there's a kids' menu, high chairs and buggy access. Two honest caveats: it can be busy enough that food takes a while at peak times, and opinions on the broth are genuinely split — some find it rich and comforting, others less so.
