Staff come across as genuinely obliging: one group hosting a surprise birthday had their cake chilled and decorated for them without fuss. Worth knowing that starters can feel small for the money and drinks add up (around £20 a head with drinks), and check-backs on tables can be patchy on a busy service, so flag anything early.
