Small and unassuming from the street, but inside it's cosy rather than cramped, with a simple menu that makes ordering with children straightforward. There's a kids' menu, high chairs and buggy access, and the staff are consistently described as polite, quick and genuinely friendly — food tends to arrive fast, which matters when someone's patience is running out. Portions are generous enough that families regularly struggle to finish. The gyoza get the loudest praise (pork and duck both), along with katsu curry, tonkotsu ramen, teriyaki chicken bento and beef donburi; the matcha chiffon cake has a small devoted following. Prices are reasonable for the quality. It is a genuinely small room, so it fills up and can feel tight at busy times — worth timing around the lunch rush if you're arriving with a pram.
