There's a kids' menu, high chairs, buggy access and outdoor seating, and the staff are quick to move tables around for wheelchairs or prams. Food comes out fast, which matters when someone's patience is running out, and allergies are taken seriously — dishes get swapped to gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan without fuss. Portions defeat most people. The seafood spaghetti, the pizza and the sourdough with whipped maple butter all get named again and again. It's cosy rather than roomy, and it fills up from around 5–6pm, so book. Be warned on price: mains run £16–£20 and one parent was startled at "over £9 for affogato".
