The pre-theatre two courses at around £16.50 is genuinely good value — chilli spare ribs and beef in black bean sauce get named again and again, and the won ton soup is solid. Two honest snags: the bench seating is tight, so a pram will need parking elsewhere, and it gets very busy. Portions can run small for the price on set and festive menus, so the main menu is the safer bet.
