Tucked on the Staffordshire Technology Park at Beaconside, this is an open-plan spot inside a shared business building — which turns out to be a gift with small children, because there's genuinely plenty of room and you're never hunting for a table or squeezing a pram between chairs. There's a soft play corner with books and toys, high chairs, a kids' menu and outdoor seating, plus free WiFi if you need ten minutes of email while someone plays. Parking is free and right by the door, which matters on a bad morning. Freshly made sandwiches, toasties and paninis, good cakes and coffee, and prices that stay fair. It's not universally loved — a few people have found the food and service hit-and-miss — but families tend to call it clean, calm and easy.
