The room is straightforward — sofas and a bookcase at one end, plain tables around the rest — which sounds unglamorous but means space for a pram and a relaxed, chatty atmosphere where nobody minds a bit of noise. Portions are big for the price, and the chips get genuine devotion: light, crispy, herb-seasoned.
