Kids get their own menu and a couple of grabber machines to hover over while food arrives. Mains sit around £9–£12, portions are generous, and staff go out of their way — one family with a lactose-intolerant child found the kitchen took it genuinely seriously. Two honest snags: the sports TVs mean weekend match days get properly loud, and cooking can be hit-and-miss when it's busy, with waits of up to 45 minutes at peak times. Fine for a relaxed, cheap family meal; not the spot for a quiet one.
