Set inside an old church, this is a properly striking spot for a family meal — high ceilings, cathedral details, and a view through to the kitchen at the back that keeps children looking around between courses. The space is big enough for prams and large groups; one family ate here with seventeen others and found it relaxed and easy for all ages. Staff are attentive with young children, chat to them at the table, and handle allergies carefully with a separate menu. High chairs, a Bambini kids' menu (the spag bol goes down well), vegan choices and free parking all help. The thin, crispy pizzas are big enough to share, and the truffle carbonara and glitter sundae get real praise. Two snags: it's echoey when full, and portions feel small for the price.
