Coffee Shops · Liverpool
A farm café on the edge of Liverpool with alpacas in the field next door — which buys you a good twenty minutes of distraction before food arrives. There's proper room here: buggies go in without a fuss, there's high chairs, and outdoor tables where you can eat brunch with the animals right there. Inside, a log burner sits in the middle of the room, and the smell of woodsmoke on a cold day does something to a fractious toddler. The all-day breakfast is the thing — bacon on toast piled generously, full English around £15 a head with coffee — and the scones get devoted praise. Staff stay patient when it's heaving. Lunchtime fills right up, so come either side of it; parking is free, and the view across the fields is worth the seat outside.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
