Bookings are capped so it never feels crowded, and children can drift in and out to the enclosed outdoor space. Everything is kept spotless. Grown-ups get a proper coffee and cake, hot drinks in lidded cups, and a decent food selection for adults and toddlers alike; there's a kids' menu, high chairs, buggy access and free parking. Entry and food are reasonably priced. They also host children's birthday parties, handling the setup and platters. One parent managed "a whole conversation" with a friend — high praise.
