Restaurant · Falmouth
Falmouth's harbour town has plenty of places to eat, but this one earns its 4.6 from 612 ratings largely on food that genuinely delivers. Portions are generous — the pancakes come out huge and properly fluffy, the burgers juicy rather than the dry discs so many places serve, and the hogs pudding hash is worth ordering if you fancy something beyond a full English. Food tends to arrive fast, which matters when someone small is unravelling. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed rather than child-focused; there are couples in for a quiet meal, but families fit in comfortably, and the staff are patient and genuinely welcoming. High chairs, a kids' menu, vegan options and buggy access are all sorted, there's outdoor seating, and dogs are welcome inside and out. Worth booking — and a few regulars feel the breakfast menu isn't quite what it was.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
