Hill Top Stables
A mid-priced restaurant in Leamington Spa, Hill Top Stables is a newer spot worth checking ahead before a family visit.

Restaurant · Leamington Spa
Set high above the Warwickshire countryside, this is a pub where the view does half the work — the garden looks out towards Stratford, Leamington and Coventry, and on a warm day the outdoor benches (a bit weathered, honestly) are the place to be. Inside it's cosy and family-run, with games for the children and a genuinely relaxed feel; the staff are warm without hovering, and one family were even offered a photo so nobody got left out of it. Food is the draw: the BBQ sharer defeats most tables, fish and chips comes properly battered, and the crispy duck and sticky cauliflower salads win people over. Free parking, high chairs, a kids' menu and buggy access. Book Sunday lunch early — later sittings can arrive lukewarm, and gluten-free labelling isn't always reliable.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
