The cooked breakfasts are enormous and come with a drink included for under a tenner, alongside fried bread instead of toast, homemade marmalade and tea in proper mugs. Little ones do well here: high chairs, a kids' menu, toast and jam, and a big warm babycino that one family's toddler now demands every morning of their holiday. There's plenty of space between tables, outdoor seating, and the place is spotless — no sticky tables or handles. The Eggs Benedict gets singled out often. Worth knowing: the building echoes, so at busy times it's loud enough that you'll be leaning in to hear each other.
