The food is vegetarian and vegan throughout, with gluten-free versions of most things: the curry bean burger comes with sweet potato fries at no extra cost, and the falafel salad arrives with homemade hummus, good bread and a spread of dressings and seeds to pick from. Portions are generous and the coffee gets particular praise. High chairs, a kids' menu and free parking help, and dogs are welcome. Worth knowing the café closes at 5pm, earlier than the shop below.
