The Garden at Sunnyfields Farm
A relaxed Southampton café with a kids' menu, high chairs, and outdoor seating for an easy family bite.

Set on one side of a farm shop, this spreads across two big rooms — one with a log burner going — plus a private room that groups book out, so there's genuine space for a pram and room to spread out without knocking into anyone. It's bright and airy, calm most of the time, and the team stay unflustered even when a party of fifteen turns up in dribs and drabs. Food comes out freshly cooked and hot: the chips get raved about (crisp outside, soft in the middle), along with the Vegan Power Bowl, fish finger sandwiches and quiches. Cakes and cream teas are hit and miss, and one family found £45 steep for drinks and cake — worth checking your bill. Free parking, high chairs, a kids' menu and outdoor seating; occasional live music evenings.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
