Sundays bring a cheerful mix of families, walkers and cyclists, and food arrives quickly, which matters when someone is past the point of waiting. The Turkish eggs come up again and again: poached properly, with herby preserved lemon yoghurt, pistachio dukkah and rosemary focaccia for dunking. There's a gelato cart, good coffee, and a kids' menu and high chairs. The menu is short, and one visitor found the brunch plates pleasant rather than memorable. Around £17 for eggs and a drink; more like £48 for two with smoothies. One visitor calls it "a beautiful escape" from city life.
