Portions land generously — a salmon and cream cheese baguette around £8.50 comes with salad and tortilla chips, and the fish in the fish and chips is described as massive — so a child can share off a plate if the kids' menu doesn't tempt them. There's plenty of outdoor seating with high chairs, buggy access and free parking, and the staff are warm and quick with food. Two honest caveats: outside tables mean ordering at the bar, and inside needs booking because tables fill fast even at lunchtime. Larger groups have found the outdoor tables inflexible, seating four at most. Thursday paella night is worth the trip. One family called it simple, rustic and beautifully presented.
