Flight Club Birmingham
A buzzy social darts bar in central Birmingham, well rated and mid-priced — best for an earlier family visit.

Pub · Birmingham
Tucked between Snow Hill and New Street, this city-centre pub is an easy stop when you've been dragging children round the Bullring or the Lego store and everyone's had enough of the crowds. Inside it's been done up nicely and feels homely rather than intimidating, with buggy access, high chairs, a kids' menu and outdoor seating when the weather allows. The staff are friendly and quick to serve even when it's packed, and one family found it "so homely and inviting" after a morning of shopping. The full English is a proper one, and the beer selection is better than average if one parent fancies a pint. Worth knowing: it shows the football and rugby, so weekends and match days get loud and busy, and food can take a while when the kitchen's under pressure — order early with hungry children.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
