Right on the water in Swansea, this is a smart, spacious spot where the glass-fronted bar and river views do a lot of the work — the marina and footbridge outside are a genuinely nice distraction if a toddler needs a wander. Buggies get in easily, there are high chairs and a kids' menu, and outdoor seating for warmer days. Food comes out quickly and portions are generous, which matters when someone's hungry and loud; the flavours are rich, and there are vegan options. Staff are attentive without hovering and happy to talk you through the menu. Worth knowing: it's a popular wedding and private-event venue, so weekends and bank holidays can be booked out, and one parent found the bar music a bit loud. The toilets, at least, are modern and spotless.
