There are games to keep children busy, a decent kids' menu, high chairs, and outdoor tables that come into their own on a sunny afternoon. The pie gets talked about endlessly, the Sunday roast beef brisket even more so, and portions are generous for the price. Staff are patient and welcoming, and they'll happily take a booking by phone.
