Set over two floors on the edge of the park, this is a big, buzzy Greene King pub where the noise works in your favour — nobody notices a toddler kicking off when there's pool, shuffleboard and live music upstairs. Buggy access is straightforward, high chairs and a kids' menu are sorted, and there's seating out front plus decent views over the green at the back if you need somewhere to let them run about after. The burgers get the loudest praise, and the craft beer taps are genuinely good, though a few families found puddings and app orders slow when it's rammed. Weekend late afternoons are properly loud and busy — one family found it "rocking" by 5pm on a Saturday — so book ahead and go early if you want a calmer meal.
