A smart Bagshot hotel restaurant serving British tasting menus and wines, with vegan options for a memorable family celebration.

A proper local pub on the A30 that turns out to work well with kids in tow — plenty of free parking round the back, buggy access, high chairs and a kids' menu, plus a separate dining area away from the bar if the football's on and it's heaving. The Sunday roast is what people come back for, and there's a Tuesday steak deal that's genuinely good value; the menu runs from bar snacks up, so there's something for a fussy small person. The staff are the standout — warm, quick, and unfazed by a table with a toddler at it. Outdoor seating for warmer days. Worth knowing it gets busy and loud on match days and event nights, and there's live music some evenings, so book ahead if you want a calm early tea.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
