Viet80s Kitchen - Vietnamese Cuisines
Peaceful Vietnamese spot with hearty portions, famously crispy spring rolls, kids' menu, high chairs and unusually attentive, unhurried staff.

Indian · Nottingham
Somewhere between a proper night out and a place that genuinely copes with children, this one manages both — there's a kids' menu, high chairs and enough room to get a buggy in, and the team are attentive without hovering. Food takes a little while to arrive, which is worth knowing if you've got a hungry toddler, but it's worth the wait: the peshwari naan with coconut flakes gets talked about more than anything else, and the lamb rogan josh and butter chicken are consistently excellent. There's a separate vegan menu that's actually properly thought through. It's spotless, bathrooms included. Weekend evenings get genuinely noisy when it's full, so lunch or early sittings suit younger children better — and do book, because it fills up. Not cheap, but fair for the quality.
