Origin Coffee (Victoria Street)
A well-liked Bristol coffee shop with vegan options on the menu and a strong 4.7 rating from parents and locals.

Pub · Bristol
Tucked in among tall office blocks in central Bristol, this is the sort of place you'd walk straight past without knowing — which is exactly why it works with children in tow. The beer garden is the draw: open, covered in part, with a water feature and bird feeders that will hold a small person's attention for a good while, plus plenty of outdoor seating and free parking. Inside is cosy old wood and a lot of history (the building dates to 1775 and survived the Blitz), though it's small and gets genuinely busy, so seats can be hard to come by even for two. High chairs and a kids' menu are there. The sausage rolls and pork pies have a real following, prices are gentle, and staff are usually happy to let you taste before committing. Note it's closed Sundays.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
