Tucked into a converted yellow bus in the middle of Plymouth, this is street food that punches well above the fast-food chains it sits between — and it costs about the same. The menu is short, which is a mercy when a child is hungry: food arrives fast, hot and freshly made, in generous portions. The Korean glazed chicken bites and the cubano sandwich get the loudest praise, and the sauce on the corn ribs is worth ordering for its own sake. Kids' menu and high chairs are there, and the staff are patient with questions and happy to seat you upstairs on the top deck or outside — go up if the seagulls are about. One parent's nine-year-old even polished off the squid, though that dish is the one thing people occasionally find over-salted. Casual, cheerful, no fuss.
