Staff are welcoming and quick with drinks, and high chairs and a kids' menu are there, plus vegan options. The hanging kebabs are the thing to order — poured with sauce at the table, and a bit of theatre that buys you five minutes of peace — and the burgers and haddock get praise too. Do book at weekends: it fills fast, the live music gets loud, and food can be slow when they're stretched.
