Brunch is the main event here, and it's the sort of place that rewards an early start — Saturday mornings fill fast, so book if you're making a trip of it. Portions land generously and prettily: crispy-fluffy waffles, biscoff banana French toast, a maple mustard breakfast croissant, eggs Florentine so loaded with mushrooms that finishing one is a genuine challenge. Herby potatoes come alongside instead of the usual limp garnish. The team are patient and genuinely accommodating — one group of thirteen turned up unannounced and had outside tables pulled together for them, and allergies get taken seriously rather than shrugged at. High chairs, a kids' menu, buggy access and vegan options are all sorted, and there's an outdoor area (dog-friendly) worth grabbing in decent weather. Parking is free but limited, and weekends get properly busy.
