There's plenty of room inside and covered and uncovered seating outside, so a pram isn't a problem and a noisy toddler won't feel out of place. The all-day breakfast is what people come for (around £9, generous portions), with a wide breakfast and lunch menu, pies, ice cream and local honey to take home. There can be a queue to order at busy times, though food arrives quickly once it's in. The site is a bit weathered and the odd dish misses, but the staff stay friendly under pressure and one parent found the whole spot "so peaceful".
