The crab salad and handmade beefburger get particular praise, the fish and chips arrives with actual salad rather than only peas, and the gluten-free options are good (the GF Victoria sponge especially). Kids' menu, high chairs and vegan choices are all sorted, and it's dog friendly. It gets very busy in season, so you may wait a little for a window table.
