Rococo Coffee House
A deceptively vast two-floor coffee house up a steep stair, with kids' menu, high chairs and a much-loved full English.

Chicken · Liverpool

A bright, clean fast-food stop where the family stuff is genuinely sorted — high chairs, easy buggy access, a kids' menu, clean toilets, and free parking right outside for two and a half hours while you're on site. One family fed three kids' meals plus two adult meals for under £37, which is why it works midweek. Food comes out fast and hot: the big BBQ honey sandwich gets praise for juicy chicken under a crisp, well-seasoned coating, the smokey beans are full of flavour, and the chips are properly seasoned rather than salty. The floor staff are warm with children — one parent went out of their way to say how lovely the team was with theirs. Worth knowing: at busy times orders can drag, so it's not a place to be in a hurry.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
