Bean Coffee
A warmly rated Liverpool coffee shop with vegan options — an easy spot for a family coffee stop.

Pub · Liverpool
Don't judge this one from the pavement — the frontage is scruffy and the signage a bit daft, but step in and it opens up far bigger than you'd expect, across three rooms, so there's room to park a pram without blocking anyone's pint. Since the refurb it's bright, clean and comfortable, with a log burner going in the colder months and quirky little touches like shelves of books. Staff are friendly and quick even when they're rushed off their feet, there's a kids' menu and high chairs, and the prices are genuinely kind — one visitor called them "very reasonable", which for a city-centre pub in Liverpool is worth knowing. It's a proper pub rather than a family restaurant, though, so expect a livelier, drink-led crowd later on and come earlier with little ones.
