There's a kids' menu, high chairs and room to get a pram in, and the staff strike a balance parents notice: attentive without hovering, so you can actually eat. The cooking is the draw — duck breast, cod, bouillabaisse and a properly juicy grilled pork chop all get raved about, and the trio of crème brûlées with madeleines is the pudding people come back for.
