The room was comfortable and calm, with high chairs and space to settle in — the staff never rushed anyone out, kept their humour with a table full of children, and often wore fez hats that kids could borrow for a photo. Food arrived quickly and freshly made, in generous portions: muska boregi (fried pastry with melted feta), chicken iskender on homemade bread, and a mixed grill you won't move after. Vegan and halal options too. Around £35 a head with wine, though going before 4pm was better value. Parking was the real snag — nothing free nearby. Worth booking. One family called it their favourite Turkish restaurant for eleven years.
