Tucked into what looks like an old barn in Great Walsingham, this is a roomy, relaxed spot where a pram slots in beside your table rather than blocking the aisle — one family did exactly that over lunch. Everything's cooked on site, and the portions are generous: full English breakfasts that come back as empty plates, bubble and squeak with bacon and poached eggs, breakfast quiche, chicken and ham pie with mash and proper gravy around £13.95. Scotch eggs and cinnamon buns get particular praise, and there's a cabinet of cakes and scones for bribing small people. A log burner warms the room in winter, there's a small art gallery to wander round, free parking on site, high chairs and a kids' menu. Food can take a while when it's busy — worth booking at weekends.
