Momo Hub Mother Nepal
Merchant Square Nepalese with brilliant momos, high chairs, a kids' menu and free parking — generous portions, and mango kulfi for pudding.

Restaurant · Glasgow
Set inside the old fruitmarket in the Merchant City, this is really a covered courtyard ringed by bars and restaurants — so you get several kitchens under one roof and everyone can pick something different. The middle is filled with tables and chairs, all of it undercover, which means a rainy Glasgow afternoon doesn't spoil the plan and there's proper space to park a pram beside you. High chairs and a kids' menu are available. Weekend afternoons get seriously loud, with music and crowds, so if you have a child who finds noise hard, go early — mid-afternoon on a damp weekday it's calm and half-empty. Families rate the steak place and there's Asian food too; portions are filling, though drinks and mains here run pricier than the surrounding streets. Note the cobbles outside, awkward with wheels.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
