Tucked into the Waterside, this is an easy stop with a pram — buggy access, high chairs, a kids' menu and free parking right outside, which matters when someone needs to be carried out mid-meltdown. Staff come up again and again as genuinely kind: one family whose child was overwhelmed had their order carried out to the car, unasked. They'll happily do a plain cheese and tomato for a fussy eater, though pizzas only start at 4pm — before that it's pizza-dough sandwiches, and the meatball one has a following. Loaded fries and coffee are reliable. There's extra seating upstairs if downstairs feels tight. Worth knowing: the kitchen can be uneven — waits stretch at times and pizzas occasionally arrive under-done — so it's better when you're not in a rush.
