Turkish cooking is the draw here, and it's the kind of place that copes well with a family table — buggy access, high chairs, and a kids' menu mean you're not apologising for turning up with a pram. Service is quick and attentive without hovering, which matters when someone's patience is running out, and the staff are consistently warm with children. Portions are generally generous, though one visitor felt theirs was small for £27 and grumbled at £3 for a couple of slices of pita, so it's worth knowing prices creep. The Iskender and the sarma beyti get particular praise, and the chicken shish is a safe bet for a child who won't try anything new. Colourful decor, fresh ingredients, plates that arrive looking lovely. One family of ten ate here for a celebration and rated it 10/10.

A little something creative for your next meal out. Filled with colouring, simple drawing prompts for cute animals, origami and conversation starters designed to bring more play, laughter and connection to the table. 3 free printable packs for toddlers, preschoolers and primary-aged children.
